Very informative ,ontop of everything I needed for some old old replacement parts for my shower stall.that I couldn't find anywhere.they nailed it . everything I needed in one friendly stop.and best of all didn't break the bank.great prices.!!!!!

Stopped in for a simple replacement part. I'm not very plumbing savvy but the counter staff member was very nice and patient with me. Got just what I needed and saved a ton of money!

Wow! When I entered the showroom, I thought I died, and went to bathroom heaven. Their showroom is better than my entire house! The only thing better than the showroom, though, was their customer service. The receptionist, Sherleen, is outstanding! She is courteous, professional, and personable. The girl is an absolute gem. Whatever they're paying her is not enough! Don't buy her coffee, or a pizza lunch, give her a raise. Show me the money! The sales associate, Dariluz, was no less superior. She was helpful, efficient, and very amenable. In fact, she does the work of two people. She's is competently bilingual, as was Sherleen, and they should be appropriately, and significantly compensated. Show me the money! Employers should pay for these skills, that are highly sougt after. Finally, Terry, at the parts counter was friendly, and a wizard at attention to detail, with a wicked sense of humor. You can tell he enjoys his job. BENDER should feel fortunate to have these incredible employees representing them. If you require any further details of my visit, just call me. I'm not hard to find, and I'm even harder to forget. Thank you.

Bender is an amazing showroom! We worked very closely with Stephanie for our plumbing fixtures and Sephrina for our tile for our new construction home. It was a big job and they both made it so easy. We can’t recommend Stephanie and Sephrina enough, as they truly made the process painless and fun! It all came out amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you both!! We also used Bender for our cabinetry and design in our kitchen and bathrooms. We worked with Luann on these projects who was absolutely fantastic. She is so kind and really knows her stuff- she was simply lovely to work with. Luann is incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything, Luann! We loved working with you :)

I love this place! I consulted with Danielle Conway for a major renovation including kitchen and 2 bathrooms. She listened to my concerns and made excellent suggestions. The showroom has EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine and I was able to choose my fixtures easily. Communication was always excellent. Call backs were immediate. Bender makes the ordering and delivery process effortless. They deliver the smallest parts w/o a problem. In fact, when I did a renovation in Florida, they shipped all my plumbing supplies there. Did I say I love shopping at Bender? They also recommended shower glass installer and HVAC contractor, both of which provided excellent service. Thank you.

Great customer services! Brandon helped us pick up our bathroom fixtures and supplies. He is very patient, helpful and pleasure to work with. They also have a beautiful shower room with a lot of supplies.

Dani Conway was fantastic throughout our bathroom remodel process! She took time to show us different fixtures and patterns of materials that would help to make our bathroom exactly what we wanted.
